Welcome to our home-based goat and miniature
jersey cattle dairy in Kirksville, Missouri. We are
located 30 minutes south of Iowa and 1 hour west of Illinois. We
began dairying in 2007 when we purchased Alpine goats, followed by
mini jersey cross heifers, and finally Nubian goats.
This venture
started as a 4H dairy/show project for my daughter but quickly became a
way of life. We discovered that raw milk is healthier and
tastes better. When we started looking for dairy animals, we
looked long and hard to find top quality stock. Our mini
jersey cattle were purchased through Riverview Farm's owner Fonnie
Thoman, with a good part of their pedigrees containing her
Foundation Miniature Jersey bloodline. We purchased our dairy
goats from experienced show breeders with an emphasis on udder
quality and high milk production. Not only do our goats have
Permanent Champions in their background but they have strong
lactations, with one grand-dam awarded top 10 milker in the United
States. Because we drink our miniature jersey cow's milk and goats' milk
raw, we do all we can to insure the safety and quality of our milk
by
testing all of our milkers for TB and BrucellosisPlease feel free
